To use bath salts in a bath, begin by filling the bathtub with warm water. Then add the amount of bath salts recommended on the product's packaging, usually around a quarter cup. Next, mix the water well to ensure the salts fully dissolve. Soak in the bath for up to 20 minutes for relaxation and to benefit from the salts' properties. After soaking, you may rinse in the shower to wash away any remaining salt from your skin. Lastly, after stepping out of the bath, dry your skin with a towel and apply a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
