Start with clean, towel-dried hair. Apply a generous amount of the mask to your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to evenly distribute the mask and ensure thorough coverage. Gently massage the mask into your hair and scalp for a few minutes to promote absorption and relaxation. If desired, you can also use a shower cap to trap heat and enhance the mask's conditioning properties. Leave the mask on for the recommended amount of time, usually between 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the product and your hair's condition. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Finish with your regular shampoo and conditioner routine if needed.
