To use body soap, wet your skin in the shower or bath, lather the soap in your hands or on a washcloth, and then apply it to your body. Gently massage the soap into your skin with circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water to remove all traces of soap. Pat your skin dry with a towel and follow up with a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
