Start by selecting a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Apply the sunscreen generously to all exposed skin areas, including your face, neck, arms, and legs, at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Make sure to cover every part of your skin evenly, including hard-to-reach areas like the back of your neck and ears. Reapply sunscreen every two hours, or more frequently if you're swimming or sweating heavily. Be sure to reapply after towel drying as well.
